Soft wash vs Pressure wash?
Pressure washing uses high force for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses lower pressure and specialized soaps for delicate areas like your home's siding to ensure a deep clean without any damage.
Safe for family and pets?
Yes, we offer 2 different solutions. We have an eco-friendly wash that we can use that is safe around children, pets and plants. We also offer a chemical based solution (bleach mixture) that is still generally safe and better for removing grime, bacteria and algae. It is heavily diluted and we finish it off with a full rinse to ensure nothing is left behind.
Will it damage my home?
Not at all. We use professional-grade surfactants specifically designed for home structures. They break down dirt and organic growth while keeping your paint, windows, and siding perfectly intact. As stated above, there are pressure washes and soft washes, we will determine what is best when we are on location.
Do you move furniture?
If you have minimal outdoor furniture, we can move it to the side or spray around it. If you have larger, heavier sets of outdoor furniture, we can move it for an added cost and time. Please inquire about specifics and we will be happy to let you know ahead of time.
